How do I rent equipment?
Simply browse our products page, select the items you need, and fill out the rental form with your preferred dates. We'll confirm availability and arrange pickup or delivery. You can also directly message us on WhatsApp or fill out our Google Form using the links in the footer or contact section!
What's included in the travel plans?
Our travel plans include accommodation, transportation, guided tours, equipment rental, and meals as specified in each package. Check individual plan details for specifics.
Do you offer custom travel packages?
Yes! We can create custom travel experiences tailored to your preferences, group size, and budget. Contact us to discuss your dream adventure.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 7+ days before the trip receive a full refund. 3-7 days: 50% refund. Less than 3 days: no refund. Equipment rentals can be cancelled up to 24 hours before pickup.
